We are a growing company and need Management Training Consultants to come and join our team. We have vacancies in the UK and would also like to hear from people living and working overseas. When you join FXL you will spend the first six months on our comprehensive induction programme. Primarily you will be trained and coached how to Facilitate Workshops. We will also coach you on how to design and write Workshops and how to win and develop new business. You will be working with each of the Management Training Consultants and be responsible for your own Continuous Personal Development Plan. We all still talk about the variety and fun we had when we joined FXL and just how much we learned during this really important time. When you have passed the induction and won your spurs you will be let loose on your own Clients. The standards are high and we do mean “pass” before you can progress. Don’t worry; you will be given all the support and encouragement you need to succeed! Your Client base and workload will depend on your career background, Client and personal preference. The work is extremely varied and you never have two days or Workshops the same – guaranteed. There is a lot of travel with UK and overseas and you will be staying away from home at least two nights a week running Workshops and meeting Clients. We are passionate about exceeding the needs of our Clients and delegates. We are working hard to change the world in the move from training to learning and this presents all of us with some tough challenges. To us, real learning is more than the design and delivery of training and moulding materials into something our Clients tell us they need. Effective coaching, where the individual has the chance to self reflect in the Workplace, is real learning. Your personal development is high on the list with monthly performance reviews. You will work with another Management Training Consultant in Client Meetings and/or Workshops at least twice a month – feedback is shared at every session. We have just restructured our comps and bens. The financial rewards can be very high, that depends on how you perform. We pay a high basic salary, commission on the revenue you generate, an annual bonus for achievement of your personal objectives and we share the profit we make at the end of the year. You are currently an FMCG senior commercial manager with at least 5 years contemporary experience selling and negotiating with either Europe’s major Grocery Multiples, the Key On - Trade Players or the Big Convenience Customers and have 3 years experience of managing people. You can demonstrate world-class capability for developing existing and new business both as an individual and across multi functional teams. You are well known for your passion for people development and you find this more stimulating than counting the numbers. You are driven to achieve outstanding results and effecting positive significant organisational change.
