In order to maximise our clients’ return on investment, we take a highly bespoke approach, based on Training & Development solutions that meet the client’s specific needs and objectives.

When it comes to Facilitation or Consulting, the solution is mostly entirely bespoke. For Training, the ingredients which we use to create the right programme come mainly from our
Training Academy, a series of modules to enable the transition to a World Class standard. Over the last fourteen years, these modules have received continuous refinement to ensure the content is always leading edge and highly relevant to the changing needs of modern business management.

The academy is divided in two main parts, one targeted at Business Managers, which by definition focuses on the operational side, the other targeted at “Leaders”, which focuses on Leadership and Coaching skills, as well as advanced business capabilities.

The two Academies are based on three layers –
Foundation, Leading Edge and World Class.

Core skills are featured in varying levels of sophistication and application across the three layers and across the two parts of the Academy.

Once we have understood the training needs and standards required by the client, in the first instance we refer to the FXL Training Academy. Sometimes we only need to tailor an existing module, often we need to combine elements from various modules, or, not infrequently, the client’s needs are very specific, in which case we develop a bespoke, brand new programme.
